1. Place your order with your chosen store. Ensure the delivery address is exactly as shown below:

2. The website or eBay seller will provide you with a tracking number. You can use this to track your orders arrival at our address.                                                                                                                                                                                                         

3. Navigate to www.shoppingusa.co.uk and complete the direct order registration form with the details about your items expected delivery date.
    

4. You will recieve an email within 3 days of your items arriving at our US address requesting an invoice or receipt for your original purchase and providing you with a unique reference number for your order.
    

5. Once this information is received, we will email you an invoice for the customs, duties and shipping. We will also provide an expected delivery date.
